Melanie Stewart has spent a great part of her life training with Victoria and Dorothy Carter. She is a certified teacher through the Russian Ballet Society and has been a member of the Society now for eight years. She is also a member of the Canadian Dance Teachers Association and a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with an Honours Degree in Visual Arts . Her works have been exhibited in various galleries locally and are sold in local art shops.

Melanie was delighted to return to the Victoria Carter London Dance Centre in recent years to teach and choreograph.  Her choreography has been performed at a number of events around London including Dance Works Western 2000.

Melanie has also spent a number of years working for the Middlesex Board of Education as a motivational speaker for high school students, which also entailed theatrical production and counseling for students.

Melanie's classes challenge the students' ability and encourage self discipline and individuality.
